A Beautiful Indoor & Outdoor Event Venue
We can accommodate both large and small gatherings on the southside with space that combines elegance and comfort with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Indoors can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests and with ample on-site parking for convenience.
- Outdoor patio and lawn provide an intimate setting for small gatherings or additional space for large events.
- Kitchen space is available for catering teams, making it easy to coordinate food service and ensure a smooth event experience from start to finish.
Rental Details
- Venue is available July 1 through January 31 until midnight each day.
- Music entertainment is allowed but must end by 11:00pm – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Alcohol is permitted on the premises.
- Insurance is required for all events. A $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Wagner Nursery & Landscape Co. listed as additionally insured is required through Wagner Nursery, approximate cost is $250.00.
